JumpNetwork Posted September 12, 2009 Share Posted September 12, 2009 Hello, Kayako Filters / Sorts Tickets via Department first, then by Status (Open, Closed, Awaiting Reply etc). However WHMCS Only filters by Status (Open, Replied, Answered etc). This I can see to be a problem, for if you have many open tickets, and only want to see the tickets for a certain department, you can't do it. Is there any way to have the admin panel for WHMCS filter / sort tickets by Department then by Status like Kayako does?
