Module Command Error

1013 - client does not exist

 

and that is not the case the client is ther and plesk puts a number behind the clients name example -Paul Maxwell 247..

this system is not working at all from the start if anyone can help me please contact me at the ph 8036003287 i am willing to pay for service..
