kristara
Hi. I read the documentation that said use directi if you do not want to use supersite, only whmcs. No matter what I do, I cannot get either to work correctly for new domains or to transfer domains. I really don't want my clients going to supersite, as I do not have the template modified. Can anyone help me with this? This is very frustrating. I have my parent ID and such all set correctly...I do not understand why my domains are not going through. I get errors i.e. "Registrar Error: Website doesn't exist for yourname.com" Thank you for your help.
netearth
The error website doesn't exist for domain.com means that the API is connecting to DirectI, if you are using the DirectI module (rather than the resellerclub module), you need to enter a customer number too. As a test, go to the domain in the whmcs, click transfer, make sure the EPP code is there (if com/net for instance) make sure the nameservers are on the next page and click Transfer again. Now login to your DI panel, put the domain in the Jump To box on the homepage, select "domain registartion service" from the dropdown and press blue >> Is the transfer there?
Parnian
I think your registration details are in a language that DirectI/Resellerclub does not support. Because this happend to me too...
vaxis
I have the same problem with this alert, "Registrar Error: Website doesn't exist for yourname.com". I'm using Reseller Club module, the domain registration used to worked before but not now. How can I solve this?
