Paypal (subscriptions) for monthly and yearly items on same invoice?

I may be missing something but does WHMCS not handle items of both monthly and yearly on the same invoice very well by paypal?

 

I signup for a hosting order (monthly) and a domain registration (yearly). Fill in all the cart details and it takes me to paypal to setup my paypal subscription for the monthly hosting. I do this and I am taken to an unpaid invoice. Now the problem is that the invoice shows the monthly part is paid, but still shows a balance for the yearly part hence unpaid... but how do I pay that now? The button next to unpaid takes me to setup a monthly subscription again (whcih I just did) and not to pay the yearly domain fee? How does one pay the yearly domain fee part of the invoice!?

Sorted this, had to untick:

 

"Allows subscribers to modify their current subscriptions or sign up for new ones"

 

Seems like an odd name for the feature.
