WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 27, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 27, 2006 Hi, To order the Powered By Line removal follow these steps: Login to your client area at http://www.whmcs.com/clients/client_login.php Click the Place a New Order link on the left navigation menu Click the Order Extras link from the navigation menu on the left (bottom) Select the correct license from the dropdown menu at the top, then choose the Powered By Line removal addon Proceed to order this in the same way you ordered your license Let me know if you need any furthur help. Regards, Matt Hi Matt There isnt any ''Order Extras''. I have followed what you said but I still cant see it. I tried to order with a new license but its billed me for a new license (can you cancel this: #286 invoice as I dont need another license). Oops my order id, anyways Log into your account under Recent Order Activity find the WHMCompleteSolution product and click view Than in red text find, Order Product Extras: Buy new addons, support and upgrade packages Click that and scroll to the bottom and your done! That's the page you need to go to once logged in. If it still does not work, then let me know how you want to pay and I will set it up manually for you.
