rcasey
Hi folks Having an issue with API access at the moment. Have a custom order form which calls the API to add the order. Had it working fine in a test environment but now testing it on a production server I can't access the API. The user has defined API access and the IP address is listed in the API IP Access Restriction field in 'Other' tab in General Settings. Log files are showing the following: [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] client denied by server configuration: /xxx/whmcs/includes/api.php Any ideas on might I might be doing wrong? TIA
rcasey
Solved. Was an Apache setting denying access rather than WHMCS itself.
ffmpeg
Good to know After reading first post I was wondering if it might be some firewall issue or something blocking.
