Suggestions needed for ring central integration.

I am in the middle of setting up ring central and trying to integrate in the admin section the ability to click 2 call a customer

<a href="https://service.ringcentral.com/ringout.asp?cmd=call&username=MYMAINRC#&ext=EXT#&password=1234&
to={$clientsdetails.phonenumber}&from=MyNumber&clid=MYCALLERID&prompt=1" target="_blank">c2c</a>

Not sure if the above code functions correctly yet as I am just setting it up...

But my questions is how would I go about hiding the PW that is required in the api url?

Trying to avoid it showing in the url or executing the url without it forwarding to that url and not showing within history etc...

Also is there a way to add custom admin rules for example add rule "Callback" and it would show the callback just for the admin that are in that group or do I just need to utilize an if roleid pulled from the database?

My apologies if none of that makes sense, I think I must sleep before carrying on...

I think if you use firefox and you are logged in to skype, firefox auto converts phone numbers to highlighted and on clicking it skype dials the number.

Not sure if you are trying to implement something else?

this is a plug-in for firefox and it can get to be a pan as it will alway convert all phone numbers to unreadable numbers so if you need to copy it down it is hard to (I would not use it I have just removed it as it was a pan)
