firefusion
I work for a large non-profit, by default we have all our branch business domains set to auto-renew on the Enom side as we don't want to lose domains even if the client doesn't want to renew. Is it possible to disable renewals from being sent to Enom and adding extra years on Enom's side? As the auto renew will take take of this renewal we just want WHMCS to understand the domain has been renewed and bill accordingly. Also is it possible to get a notification if people have set a domain not to auto-renew in WHMCS? If not this would a really useful option for the domain search filtering option in WHMCS. Thanks. atDev
Hello, What we do is turn off auto-renew in Enom. Enom then sends you several warning emails about domains getting ready to expire, which usually means a client has failed to pay an invoice. We then created a email template that we send to this client as a "final warning". Seems to work well.
