Well i started my hosting website i installed WHMCS integrated with WHM but still have trouble with couple of things and wanted to ask.

I set it up and it created accounts when first payment is made. As i have no paying customers yet when i created an account and approved it to test it i received couple of emails with different info. I changed the payment as paid to get the name servers and temp log in info to cpanel for the account created but i never received that email.

What did i do wrong? also if i delete an account from WHMCS is it supposed to delete it from WHM too? because right now its not.

the setup make sure in that in the products and services admin area where you create the product under general tab you have selected to send the welcome hosting email(cpanel) for each product

the second delete issue will only delete it if you select the terminate command from the bottom of the clients product and services area just deleteing the order will not terminate the product on whm

sorry Impact-John it was a stupid question once i did it in the correct order it work perfectly. All i needed to do is state the payment was received then the system did everything for me. :) and it works great.

I only have two more things that i need to test the domain registration through enom and i dont know how to test that any ideas?

yeah no worries but i never got an invite from you at all so you may want to check the email.

oh and also you previous post it was a stupid question one

there is no such thing as a stupid question as you only learn from making mistakes or watching someone else or by trial and error
