WHMCS Addons

In looking at several dedicated server providers, I see a few offer WHMCS at an additional monthly cost. Are people using WHMCS through this channel eligible for any/all of the addons advertised? I see a number require that you login to your client account to purchase them. I'm assuming that if WHMCS is licensed via a reseller on a monthly basis that one would not have access to it since they are not a direct client.

 

Please confirm.

You only get access to the WHMCS client area if you purchase the license directly from here as far as I know.

i am not whmcs staff but yes you only get access to the domain reseller account offerss by having a direct license purchase from whmcs.com not resellers .

Not to enter a debate or anything but I have only even received the highest level of support from Matt & the WHMCS team. I have never seen any discrimination if you have a license from a reseller or direct from WHMCS.

To clarify, if you get a license from your host you cannot buy the addons as you don't have direct access to the key you're using so the host would have to do that on your behalf. And the various client benefits we offer such as MaxMind & Free Domain Reseller Accounts among other things are also not available.
