UH-Matt
Sorry I have just turned on the login share on our test integration, now I am wondering what this actually does? I have a login to our whmcs install, but that won't allow me to login to kayako as it says I don't have an account (which I dont). Do users still need to have seperate accounts created on both whmcs and kayako seperately, and only once they have an account on both systems will it log them in and out of both together?
jnet
forget it, It becomes more mess to keep both any way in my case for some reason clients use whmcs for support request and not kayako it seems it is easier for them
atDev
We are waiting for Kayako v4 to determine whether to stay with WHMCS + Kayako or move to the WHMCS built in support option. With 4.1 stable it will be possible to edit the admin area template for the support area making it easy to customize. So I imagine we will move away from kayako.
