WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 30, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 30, 2007 Users who are upgrading must delete the file "authorizenet.class.php" from the folder "modules/gateways" to resolve this issue
CrustyDOD
Users who are upgrading must delete the file "authorizenet.class.php" from the folder "modules/gateways" to resolve this issue And users with clean install? Edit: Right, my mistake, when i downloaded new version i unzipped it into the old version folder which means the authorizenet.class.php file was still there and it was uploaded. I deleted the file and now its working.

columbusgeek
It should be noted that renaming the file did not work for me, I had to totally delete it.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 1, 2007 It should be noted that renaming the file did not work for me, I had to totally delete it. Yes, nobody said to rename it. It must be deleted.

TR Hosting
I am new to WHMCS. I get a free trial license and installed the latest version. The payment gateways page is still blank. I tried to remove the file "authorizenet.class.php" but result is still same.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 7, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 7, 2007 In a new installation, this file does not cause an issue. It's simply a blank file to overwrite any existing file for those doing an upgrade. Did you put any files in the gateways folder that don't come from WHMCS?
apranax
Upgraded from 2.5.8 and deleted authorizenet.class.php from /modules/gateways but I still have a blank page All files there are the ones that came with WHMCS. Nothing new. Any suggestions?
TR Hosting
I talked with Matt 2 days ago and he said that to remove any file other then WHMCS's files. I remove php.ini file that i put here, and the problem is fixed. You can try to remove all files other than the distro files.
apranax
Only WHMCS files nothing else is there. Still having blank page. When I check files there is only one file thats suspicious "subscriptionsuccess.php" What is that for ?
spokes
removing both the php.ini & authorizenet.class.php solved my issue. Perhaps some sort of browser cache? Perhaps your FTPClient isn't set to view certain types of files? Perhaps looking at it through the hosts file manager? subscriptionsuccess.php is not in /modules/gateways/ it should however be in your root /whmcs/ directory

WhyMan
Hi there, was just wondering if there was anything new in regards to this.. i'm still without payment gateways
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 5, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 5, 2007 If you still have an issue then open a support ticket so I can take a look. The cause will be an issue discussed in this ticket but it'll probably be easier for me to find. Matt
