Client Accounts in Plesk

Hi, i have setup this billing system and it works really.

 

I have got it setting up accounts etc on the server but when it sets up client accounts in plesk it adds numbers to the account name

 

Example, if the client signs up on the order form as Jo Black

 

pleask would create a client account as Jo Black 1

if i go and do another order it will do Jo Balck 2

 

I want it to do the following

 

just Jo Black and if any more orders for the same client then put it under the same account name.

 

how can this be done??
