kwdservices Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 Hi, We are having some problems integrating WHMCS with our Authorize.net account and were curious if anyone knew something about this problem or was having a similar issue. So we active the payment gateway for Authorize.Net and enter our login ID and transaction key and save all of the settings, then we go to test it out and get a very weird result (we tested this with multiple credit cards in live, not test, mode). On the payment page, I entered a credit card and the billing information and clicked Submit. Well I got this error: Okay, well here is the weird part. I go into the Gateway Transaction Log, and I see conflicting errors. On the right side, it says error, but in the debug data it says it was approved: And to top it off, I get the email from Authorize.Net that the transaction has successfully gone through and it shows up fine on our Authorize.Net account: Not sure what is going on, but it seems like WHMCS sends the transaction to Authorize.Net and then isn't getting anything back.
