Hi Folks,

I am new to whmcs, just week before i purchased it and install it. I have some doubts in import the package from whm to whmcs. For this I done the following steps. But, i think it was not worked. So, any one please let me know the mistakes if any and please provide the step by step process, because it is very difficult to understand the process which was mentioned in whmcs documentation. I done the following thing for this.

1) Create the package in whm.

2) While create the product and service select the 'c panel' in module settings and add the package name which was created by me in whm.

3) Add the server details in servers section where i was created the package.

But, I don't know how this will help to fetch the information from whm to whmcs and again assign the name server for particular package?

Hi,

I had the same issues until i read this:

Before performing an import, you must ensure you have setup all the packages in use on the server by accounts you are wanting to import on a package in WHMCS. To do this, go to Configuration > Products/Services, create or edit an existing product and enter the WHM Package Name such as "demohost_Starter" in the Package Name field on the modules settings tab

Taken from the wiki, at the very bottom!!

You need to create the package in WHMCS manually, then you can import accounts from the server.

Hope this helps
