rnmixon
Is there a practical size limit on the number of customers that WHMCS can handle? What if we are not using it to sell hosting products, but rather a different type of product such as surveys or marketing? Can it handle tens of thousands of customers readily? Thank you - Richard
0 Shaun
I personally dont have a large customer base. But i have heard that it does quite well with some large hosting companies over here in AU. One of the only "bad points" i heard was the cron for the PDF can use a lot of memory if generating a lot of invoices.
0 dkent
There are no limits to how many client accounts or products and services that you can create, it's all database driven.
0 WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 19, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 19, 2009 There are indeed no fixed upper limits on what WHMCS can handle. We do have some users with many tens of thousands of clients, and many times more products & invoices under those clients without any problems.
