nbrooky
Hi All, We have just migrated over to WHMCS v4.0 and the majority of our transactions are failing. It appears that WHMCS v4.0 no longer sends amounts with a decimal place when the transaction passes through to the Merchant. Any amount we put through as $14.99 for example will work but if we try and pay an Invoice for an amount of $15.00 we get the below error from the merchant: ResponseText => UNABLE TO PROCESS ResponseCode => 0C ErrorMsg => INVALID DECIMAL PLACEMENT IN AMOUNT Has anyone else had this issue and is there an easy way to have it pass the amount like the old WHMCS with 2 decimal places such s $14.00 and not $14 as it appears to be sending at the moment.
tbenoit
Haven't seen this problem. I highly suggest you open a Support Ticket as this shoudln't be happening (and isn't happening on our 2 v4.x.x installs).

nbrooky
This may be becuase your merchants accept transactions without the decimal places in the amount where as my merchant only accepts transactions with the decimal places.
