CFulcrum
How do I go about using my SSL so that I can use Google Checkout?
DedicatedPros
Get an SSL certificate and install it, I recommend RapidSSL. http://www.enom.com/secure/ssl-certificates-purchase.aspx?sslcert=geotrust&certid=23
CFulcrum
Would you recommend against using the shared SSL my host provided me?
DedicatedPros
Yes, it looks very unprofessional as your actual domain name is not even specified on the certificate, which turns clients away. 10 bucks for a year is not that much, so just get the RapidSSL cert

CFulcrum
Ok ran into an issue. I bought the RapidSSL but the site is still giving me the same error as my old ssl. Suggestions?
DedicatedPros
Did you install the certificate using your webhost's/server's control panel?
CFulcrum
Yup. WHM. Could it be a problem that I'm using the ssl on my /whmcs directory and the domain it's registered for is my root?
DedicatedPros
No that won't be a problem, unless you use WHMCS on a subdirectory and the SSL cert is for your main site (or vice versa). Double check to see if you properly installed the cert, also try installing it directly with cPanel (unless that's what you meant by WHM). Also you will need to have a dedicated IP address to do this.
CFulcrum
Ohh... I don't have a dedicated IP. That must be the problem.
