Client groups discount

We have a group of resellers that we'd like to give a fixed percent discount. The 'client groups' seemed like the perfect solution. We created a group (let's just say a 20% discount) and assigned some clients to the group.

 

The 'weirdness' happens when the client goes to place an order. There is no indication that any discount is being taken from the order until the invoice is actually generated. When you look at the invoice you finally see the 'client discount'. The resellers are very confused because they think they are paying too much. Why doesn't the client group discount show just like a coupon would show?

agreed... it is causing concern for my resellers also.

 

Showing the discount earlier in the checkout process would alleviate that.
