I decided to do it through their login just so I could see what they see when placing an order. I got all the way through the order up to the step for the credit card. I wanted to go back one step in the process to change it from credit card payment to mail in payment. When I hit the back button on the browser (FireFox), the shopping went empty and I saw that the total invoices due had increased. When I logged into my admin area, sure enough invoices had been created and set to incomplete. This can be very frustrating for clients. If a client hits the back button and it appears that their shopping cart disappeared, they will go somewhere else. Do I need to put a note though out the ordering process to do NOT use the back buttons in the browser? Any suggestions would be great.
