Michael.Terence
I have the same issue - I initially thought they were attaching a shortut or something but if they email the same file it comes through fine. I don't remember exactly - but pngs wouldnt work, but jpegs would -- or jpegs wouldn't and gifs would. Something like that. I never thought to open up a ticket... I actually forgot all about it.
Gears
Same issue here. Could be a permissions issue on the directory.
Michael.Terence
I can verify that it's not a permission issue in my case. - the webserver is running as the user who owns the files.
Michael.Terence
I just noticed there are a number of files in the attachments directory that contain spaces in the file names - I would think WHMCS would strip those out. I don't have time to test, if one of you guys can try uploading the same file with a space in the name and without and let us know how it plays out that'd be cool. -rw-r--r-- 1 xxx xxx 194846 Jul 31 14:03 454113_Thrifty Mama screen shot.jpg -rw-r--r-- 1 xxx xxx 34619 Jul 31 16:03 620971_header.jpg -rw-r--r-- 1 xxx xxx 236 Jul 31 16:03 620971_nav-blue-slice.png ..... I know for a fact if I try to download the first file listed there, with the space it fails - the others without them work properly.
