Cannot Log In & Cannot Submit Ticket

Hello,

I have a license with you and I just cannot seem to log in. I think that my account is in an inactive state.

Whats more you have to be logged in to submit a support ticket. You can of course submit a ticket to sales but they only reset your password. I have now been trying to get into my account for almost 24 hrs.

 

It would be alot better if you can enable the function so you can log support tickets WITHOUT the requirement to be logged in, so things like this you can still get support.

 

Please can someone take a look at my account and re-activate it so I can log in and manage my license?

 

I dont want to put my email address here so please take a look or PM if you need my account username.
