Registrar Error

I am using OpenSRS for my registrar and after transferring a .ca domain I cannot modify the contact information or other domain settings.

 

I get the following error message from WHMCS:

 

Registrar Error

Modification(s) failed - Contact is not valid for requested types to modify: Missing Data for Preferred Language

 

Not sure what this means or how to correct.

 

Please advise.
