Is that possible

Hello,

i know it sounds a bit stupid but im looking for a solution to NOT bill the customers with WHMCS, meaning is it possible to disable the billing part of whmcs?

What i need as well is that instead of sending the customer the initial receipt to just send him an agreement which he needs to sign and send back. Billing is done with our existing (offline) billing solution.

Also i would like to remove ticket system and knowledge base and customer area from whmcs - although the customer still should still be able to login with his username.

I know this most probably is a bit too much work - but im wondering if it would be possible or if anyone has at least a partly solution.

Thanks!

To do what? There doesn't appear to be anything left to log in for!

If he likes to use the cart again to register domains or to book more hostings - than he doesnt need to type his stuff again but instead is able to login and have his data at hand.

are you not just looking for software the will do the auto create account to the cPanel and a frontend for them to login to cPanel?

No, im looking for a cart system for our customers orders - it doesnt even need to setup accounts because thats quite bound to the payment functions in whmcs. Fact is - there are rules and regulations here in germany that would require to either modifiy whmcs a lot - or to just degrade it to an order system without any billing functions.

I know this may sound strange to strip 80% of a software but the remaining 20% would make WHMCS still better than most of what is offered in germany as cart systems.

I saw there are modifications around but none of them seems to fit for 4.0 of WHMCS - we need for example direct debit, signed PDF invoices, having a customer signed contract etc etc - all that is not build into WHMCS afaik and most of it is irrelevant for the US market yet still needed for the european market.

I hope that makes my question more understandable :)
