beepa
I would like to create a package that includes a joomla installation and I have no idea how to accomplish this task? Nor do I know if it is even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
HostOrca
You can't do this directly with whmcs. The only real way to do it, would be to have a script on the server that's called via actionhooks in whmcs when an account is created. For this to work though, I would imagine that you would need root access to the server.
Impact-John
well if you use cpanel and whm than get fantastico of you dont already it has the modules in place to install joomla 1.0 and 1.5 already just with a click so you could in actuality in the email template after they get there login info send them a link to the fantastico install area within there cpanel so on one click from the welcome email after ordering they can be at the section of there cpanel where they click one button and joomla installs for them. Just a thought as it may work out for you.
