Problem upgrading clients

Im currently using Innohosting as my reseller, and Iv got WHMCS setup. Its talking to Cpanel/WHM because I was able to create some hosting plans.

 

however...

 

When Trying to upgrade clients, It shows as being upgraded on WHMCS, but in WHM and Cpanel they are not.

 

Any ideas how i can fix this, or if I am dong somthing wrnog?
