cherishe Posted July 24, 2009 Share Posted July 24, 2009 I am fairly new to WHMCS (4 mos in) and I had one of my clients use the system to upgrade her account to a bigger hosting account. I have set my tax rate in the system and have carefully chosen NOT to add tax to my hosting packages by not selecting that check box in the product/services area. However, what I found that in spite of that box being unchecked, it is STILL charging tax on client upgrades. Any ideas of how this is possible?
