C Powell
Thanks for reply. Im trying to use e107 user integration ie can login to e107 script using email and password from WHMCS but i only have the choose of using MD5 to do it. Im not sure what the 'with random salt (irreversible)' is heh Anyone have any ideas on how to get round this little prob by like changing WHMCS encryption to just MD5 or change e107 from MD5 to MD5 with random salt (irreversible) I haven't a clue how to go about doing either
C Powell
Well i changed the encryption type for the password to MD5 and can now login to e107 using a whmcs account so it does work, well, sort of.. Also when logged into the e107 system it displays the email address which could be a bit of a problem when forum is open to all Any e107 experts about
Cprl.Rst
hey how did you manage to adjust it to md5? also have you tried allowing user to change display name whilst keeping forum name the same for login
