warren1709
Hi Guys, I wondered if anyone could help me. I am adding our broadband products to WHMCS and have a slight problem as our broadband packages prices are based on data caps and other factors such provisioning new connects and migrating from other isps. Heres what I have done: Setup a product named 'Home / Office ADSL Up to 8MB' and specified -1.00 on payment types. This then does not display a price on the inital product box When selecting the order now button the user is then taken to step two where I have setup the following: Product Configuration The product/service you have chosen has the following configuration options for you to choose from. Product/Service Broadband - Home / Office ADSL Up to 8MB Billing Cycle Monthly Basis Configurable Options This product/service has some options which you can choose from below to customise your order. Monthly Useage: Home 2GB Cap Home 5GB Cap Home 20GB Cap Home 50GB ADSL Activation Type: New ADSL Connection Migrate from another Provider Additional Required Information Prices for the 'monthly useage' have been set on an Recurring basis and adsl activation type have been set up as one time fees. All of which has been specified in the the config options part of whmcs The problem with this is the Billing Cycle displays a blank dropdown menu and prices on checkout are displayed £-1 (so if I had set a price on say 2GB Capped at £15 monthly, the checkout price displays as £14) I then thought well if I change the payment type to FREE within the product menu and then change the 'FREE!' text within the langauge file to say 'Broadband Monthly' then this would solve the blank drop down box which it does however this then displays £0.00 on checkout. So therefore any ideas how I can add a custom payment type or how I could get around this? Thanks in advance, Warren
