Add filelds by client during the order?

First of all, sorry for my English

 

May be someone knows, whether is it possible to add new fields by clients during the order process by clicking "+" button?

 

For example, there is similar function to add an additional attachments.

 

We need same function for orders, because we need to provide to our clients ability to add new fields with new information.

 

As far, as I know, we have to modify configureproduct.tpl. But not quite sure how .

 

Probably, it's a strange question here, among the hosting provider's, but we've using WHMCS for other purposes.
