What file or folder or table can I find this?

They are defined in the main files, i.e. announcements.php,

Which are (unfortunately) ionCube encrypted.

Oliviah, you're wrong.

 

If you need to change a page's title log into your FTP client or SSH or whatever you use to edit files and go to /lang. Look for your language's .txt file (eg: English.txt), and from there you can CTRL+F to find the old page's title, and then change it there.
