problem with CentovaCast - WHMCS

I have set it up and all looks good apart from when getting account email for a test setup i did it comes through like

Notice the

IP address: 127.0.0.1

 

Any idea where that is coming from? As far as i know i have put the correct Hostname and IP address to use in the Account Template section in CentovaCast as well as put the correct IP address in Add Server section in WHMCS

 

The account works with 127.0.0.1 but you cannot tune into the stream. When i change 127.0.0.1 to the actual IP address of my server it works

Just to confirm here

 

Name: Set this to the hostname of the machine on which Centova Cast is running.

 

It has Name in WHMCS but that is just for what you want the server name to be called

 

So shouldn't it actually be

 

Hostname: Set this to the hostname of the machine on which Centova Cast is running.

when i login to the account and goto Configure Server it has

 

Hostname: 208.116.25.82

IP address: 127.0.0.1

Does anyone have a solution for this?

 

I get the exact same error (ip 127.0.0.1). Am I missing a step?

You can change it at configuration >> Settings >> Defaults >> Default IP address for new servers
