Admin Email Notification of a new ticktet - not working

Hello.

 

I don't receive emails about newly created (and client answered) tickets.

In system log is

 

Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - You must provide at least one mailer is not supported. (Subject: [Ticket ID: 358236] New Support Ticket Opened)

 

However client receives email about new ticket opened, and about admin reply too.

 

What's wrong?
