Cron Not working.

ok well i had everything working fine and then one morning i dident get the email and i found out the cron script is not working right unless i actually visit the cron.php file myself. so heres the problem by ssh i run

 

root@server1 [~]# php -q /home/webcave/public_html/billing/admin/cron.php   root@server1 [~]#

runs just fine no errors but then i go check my WHMCS ACP and it only shows

it only runs that one thing then it just stops i dont get any email from WHMCS or anything this is what the cron running should look like

so yeah somethings messed up in the cron.php file i think if anyone has a solution it will be greatly appreciated :)
