ffeingol
We're having to enter tax rates into WHMCS for the first time. I though WHMCS could handle our tax rates but I'm beginning to think it can not. In Wisconsin we have state level sales tax and then we can also have a county level tax. I figured that I could enter the state tax in as 'level 1' and then the county in as 'level 2'. That, however, does not appear to be the case. Can one in the US (or anyone that can help) that has both state and country (or city etc.) taxes tell me how you are doing it?
ffeingol
Wow! No one has had to setup 2 level of taxes yet?
redrat
I would open a ticket directly with WHMCS support for quick help with this. Best wishes.
ffeingol
@redrat, Thanks, but I don't think it's actually possible to do (right now). In order for it to work you would have to manually assign a client to a tax rate. The taxes are by county so you have to look up the zip code to figure out what county it's in. I will open a support ticket
