The staff doesnt keep old copies around to fix, which is why they release patches, etc. I got this fixed by upgrading to 4.0.1.

Can i have your WHMCS url pls

The problem is i will lost all modifications which i have done in current version

You only need to replace the following template files:

The following template files have changed from the previous release V3.8

* bulkdomainchecker.tpl

* bulkdomaintransfer.tpl

* clientareaaddcontact.tpl

* clientareachangepw.tpl

* clientareachangesq.tpl

* clientareacontacts.tpl

* clientareacreditcard.tpl

* clientareadetails.tpl

* clientareadomaindetails.tpl

* clientareadomainrenew.tpl

* clientareadomains.tpl

* clientareahome.tpl

* clientareainvoices.tpl

* clientareaproducts.tpl

* clientareaproductdetails.tpl

* clientregister.tpl

* domainchecker.tpl

* downloads.tpl

* knowledgebase.tpl

* passwordreminder.tpl

* supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl

* upgrade.tpl

* upgradesummary.tpl

* viewinvoice.tpl

* viewticket.tpl

* All Order Form Templates

Delete all of the files in v4 EXCEPT the ones above and upload. Then you only have a few to change.

My attachments are coming through now. It was my test that wasn't yielding true results - use a fresh image each time you send a fresh email, and with my attachments, chmod to 777, behind the public html directory, and the configuration file set correctly. It works like a charm. :)
