Shaun
Here is an integration i ahve done for a client. Quite thrilled with how it turned out so thought i would share it. All based of: http://www.sydneytech.com.au/ WHMCS: http://services.sydneytech.com.au/ Integrated to Kayako: http://support.sydneytech.com.au/ You will notice that we chose to use a login share (explovision.net) and then just swapped in the links for downloads and kb. We used similar icons to make it all flow. Thoughts are welcome
keliix06
Different headers on all sites (main & WHMCS have the same design, but one is top aligned and the other has a margin) isn't great for flow, but seems good enough. Was there a reason they didn't want to do the Kayako/WHMCS integration? The Kayako favicon also wasn't updated. You might want to suggest they .htaccess protect their /administrator folder
Shaun
Was there a reason they didn't want to do the Kayako/WHMCS integration? The Kayako favicon also wasn't updated. The main reason was because of the lack of funtionality Also the login share that they are using does not work with the existing interation. Ill pass on the note about the admin folder.

mojowill
on your WHMCS homepage give your icons some padding they are far to close to the text, also the login box overspills the container on Firefox 3 no favicon on main site, one on WHMCS, default on Kyako?
