I have three questions:

 

1) Are there ready made templates available for WHMCS? (like for oscommerce)

 

2) Is it possible to build my own plugins for registrars? If so can I use e-mail based API? And can I use XML based API?

 

3) How's the Dutch translation comming? (I could help with that)

Are there ready made templates available for WHMCS? (like for oscommerce)

 

There are no pre-built templates for WHMCS however it is built on Smarty and is very easy to redesign.

You can do this if you wish, or you may put in a feature request to see if one is done or in process. You can easily include php by enclosing {php} and {/php} within WHMCS. You can also check here for the guide:

To be honest I have not a clue. I would search the forum, but to my knowledge I have not seen a dutch release. Again, another WHMCS member may have this and be willing to share this. Offer your service to do this, and post on the board for others interested as well....
