darinm
After upgrading to 3.8.1 then patching to 3.8.2, I noticed that on the Client Profile > Summary tab, the Client Stats box is not displaying any numerical data. See attachment. Everything else looks to be working ok. Please advise what you think may be the problem. Stream101
That looks like a possible corrupted database. I suggest that you restore your backup and try the upgrade again.
darinm
I tried again now. I checked the backup 3.6.1 and Client Stats was working. I performed the upgrade 3.6.1 to 3.8.1 and again it displayed upgrade successful at the end of the upgrade. BUT Client Stats is not working when I check it after the upgrade. Any more idea's? Should I try another earlier version than 3.8.1 for upgrade first? Edited July 5, 2009 by darinm typo
darinm
Since upgrading from 3.6.1 to 3.8.1 was making my Client Stats window display no data, I have now tried upgrading 3.6.1 to 4.0.2 and there is no problem with this upgrade.
darinm
Hi Darin, The issue is one of not updated templates. The /admin/templates/clientssummary.tpl file needs to be uploaded and if it still shows wrong, try emptying the templates_c folder to force the cache to re-gen. Please post the solution in your thread if it works. Regards, Matt Before I received this message I had already updated 3.6.1 to 4.0.2 with success and the Client Stats window was working with this upgrade.
