Module Command Error??

Hello,

 

I've managed to set up my cPanel server and accounts are created, suspended, unsuspended and terminated successfully but when i first create them it come us with this error:

 

Module Command Error

An unknown error occured

 

Although it create the account on the server it does not state that it has been added on the server list in WHMCS.

 

Any idea what this issue could be?
