how i can make recurring billing to charge amount for subscriber on our site

I want to integrate virtual merchant payment gateway on my site and want to know how i can make recurring billing automatically to charge the customers credit card, because customers are subscribing on my site and i need to charge amount from them on monthly basis. i want to know where this feature is set either in payment form or in merchant terminals settings. I have made a tesing transaction on my site and submit form on virtual merchant payment processor system and it successfully submitted and returned back to my site but i did not see this payment transaction detail in virtual merchant terminal account. Please guide in this issue.

 

secondyly, is there any way for tesing payment transaction on virtual merchant as provided by paypal sandbox environment. Please help me in both of these issues as soon as possible.
