Paypal payments not applied to account?

Hi,

 

I am a new user of WHMCS, from MB, and I am having issues with paypal payments automatically assigning to the account and invoice. Previously, in MB, a payment made from paypal would assign to the invoice and register and mark the invoice as paid. Now, a payment made does neither. I tested a payment on a new invoice, as a customer, choosing the Paypal button. I completed the login and payment. I received both the successful email sent and received as the customer and as the owner it was paid to. However, no payment was applied to the invoice.

 

I have the API information and the regular paypal login information entered.

 

Is there something else I will need to do to get this to auto complete?
