Choosing Currencie not showing in client area

Hi, I am using version 4, I have a problem the drop down box for choosing a currency in the cart shows only when the client is not log in, I mean it show only for any user.

 

How can I fix this cause my clients must have also that option when they are log on .

 

Thanks I hope someone can help.
