domain invoice dates

I know there must be a way to solve this:

We have a large amount of clients with multiple domains- some have nearly 50 domains registered thru us. We want all domains due to expire in June for this client, to be invoiced all on one invoice on May 1st.

When we ask WHMCS support they tell us it can be done, but wont tell us how to do it.

Now further- carrying this to the next level-

We are not going to use the payment system on WHMCS, we process all cards manually, for a variety of reasons.

We invoice/bill hosting quarterly, so ideally,if we can manipulate domain invoice date ( aside from expiration date) then we do this, which is our final goal:

June 15th- all 3rd quarter hosting clients ( July-Aug-Sept) get generated an invoice for hosting, and all domains that are due to expire IN THAT QUARTER ( which can be done if we can manually adjust the INVOICE date of any domain, no matter when it expires) are also invoiced on ONE INVOICE

client will then have two invoices, one for 3rd quarter hosting and one for all domains that are due to expire in that quarter.

I am sure this can be done, even if we have to manually adjust each domains INVOICE date.

can someone tell us EXACTLY how to do this- step by step? will even pay you to give us the step by step instructions, if need be. please advise
