Question

I want to use whmcs for my hosting compa which is only offer reseller hosting only. I have some questions:

1. Can WHMCS automaatically create the WHM reseller account once the order is approved?

Or we should log into the root WHM and configure the reseller option manually?

2. For auto suspend, if an account due and the client is not submited the payment, will WHMCS auto suspend the main username only or able to suspend the whole reseller accounts (main username and all accounts under it)

3. How danger to let 3rd service install and configure the WHMCS for me. I mean what security I should check after I received the complete signal from the installer?

That's all from now.

Thanks alot.

1) yes it can. this is one of the reason why whmcs is made for.

2) the reseller is suspended, all users under him is also suspended

3) there is no danger at all, you just have to go in your Settings>Administrator, see the listed administrator, if the 3rd service does not have a username there, you are save.

The reason is the codes are ioncubed (encoded) there is no way to edit the code to accept a backdoor username. So NO WORRIES on asking a 3rd service, its pretty safe!
