thelonestoner
Hey!! Just a simple question and I'm sure it's a simple fix or file permission ... but I'm trying to Add an Administrator to have full access to respond to tickets... everytime I add a user, no matter if its just for Sales/Support/or Full, it says it successfully created the user, but its NEVER listed!! I can also not access Administrator Roles, it sends me right back to the /whmcs/admin login screen. Any ideas? The tickets go through.. just no one read them, because no one is assigned to them because I can't add an administrator!!
bubbasheeko
Hmm, a weird one for sure. Can you not check tickets with the default administrator account?

thelonestoner
Just to make it more clear. THIS is the screen that happens (didnt add the user) after I create an admin.. http://darkplexus.com/admin.jpg And, this is what happens when I click "Administrator Roles".. brings me right back to login screen. http://darkplexus.com/roles.jpg Edited June 19, 2009 by thelonestoner
thelonestoner
Also added "$display_errors = true; " to the configuration.php to see if there's any errors.. none I don't really want to re-install lol

bubbasheeko
thelonestoner, I would submit a support ticket. I can't think of anything that would cause that
