Remove promotional code on shopping cart

Is there a way to disable/remove the Promotional code input field and button on the shopping cart?

Just open the file and have a look in there it's pretty clear I found.

Thats the only line that t may contain the code, the problem... I don't know which one needs to be removed...

Ok sorry just take out from <form method....to </form> then you should be rocking
