what will happen when we upgrade WHMCS to the next version ?

-Can you tell me how is the upgrade process ? easy ? or hard to mantain our existing templates ?

Upgrade is very simple. As far as template changes, well, it all depends on how well you edited your current ones and how many new changes their are. i always create a new theme name when i make a custom change, then when i upgrade, it doesnt get over written. Then i use a program such like WinMerge to show diffs of the original tpl files and the new ones, then make those changes in my custom theme.
