datawebcorp Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 While viewing the client profile, you can send messages from the "General Messages" category of email templates. If you click on the Product/Services tab for any client, then at the bottom you can send an email from a template from the "Product Messages" category of templates. And finally, from the Domains tab in the client profile, you can send an email from the "Domain Messages" templates. Otherwise, from the client profile screen, you can type your message free form.
