jdwalte3 Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 Hi, Some of the tickets our customers open are for design/coding services and we track the hours of the project in the ticket Admin notes. We do not want these customers closing these tickets prior to us Invoicing them. Is there a way to disable customers ability to close tickets?
